Wrong Stone Size 82341-Garnet

Hi Jung,

One more thing: the 82341 Garnet should be 3mm round, but they came in as 4mm rounds. Can you please re-make the Garnet ones?

Coral Issue on 24115 and Ring Size Issue On 11073

Hi Jung,

We received our shipment today and almost everything looked very nice. The coral was very nice on almost all styles; we just have one style that was disappointing. Earring #24115: the coral was not very good and had lots of dark spots, plus there are dark edges where the bezel is set. In addition, the shape was slightly different than what it usually is. Please remake this item as fast as you can in the usual nice quality, as this item is one of our bestsellers. We will sell the items from this shipment at cost.

For ring#11073 we had ordered sizes 6-7-8-9 and all rings came in 1/2 size smaller so we only have sz 5.5-6.5-7.5-8.5. When you produce the new pending order, please make sure that we get full sizes.

Pearl And Labradorite Bangle (CM: $ 1,343.91)

Dear Jung and Peter,

I ordered white pearl bangles, and received pale grey pearl bangles. The two labradorite bangles have dead stones with no fire. This is not acceptable. All of these need new stones, and I need to have them turned around immediately, since my customers expected them to be in hand now. The attached picture compares a pearl that you sent me for repairs to the pieces in the shipment.
Please make arrangements and let me know how to proceed.
