Feed Back NH-POST ER-RING SHANK

1. the hand eye ring was the first ring i ordered with the twisted shank- ( pictures 3,4,5,6) i love this shank-

what i need is each and every ring i order with the twisted shank either on the hand eye ring, pentacle ring and or any future ring with the twisted shank, needs to be exactly the same- ( same exact means: the twisted shank band used on the first original hand eye ring- needs to have the same size mm thickness, width, dimensions same interior, exterior- flatness, twisted design style etc. it should look exactly like the shank on the hand eye ring as shown in the pictures-with the same exact placement of shank, soldered like the hand eye ring with the 3/4 band-) not a full circle band like the pentacle ring as shown. 

i ordered the pentacle ring picture 1-2 with the same exact shank- . but this shank looks very different from the hand eye ring shank- the twist looks wider and flatter and also has a full circle band not the 3/4 band i want.

*if this means making a mold of this hand eye ring twisted  shank in size 6-7-8- then we need to do that. 

 

4. what items are handmade? shanks- bails? if so- then i would need them be done the same exact way every time bails same mm- same gauge (according to the size of pendant of course) but that each pendant of the same style has the same exact bail and jumping ( if a jump ring is needed for that pendant)- some pendants don't need the soldered jump ring  (example: snake head pendant- where the chain slides through the bail )

please look at the spider pendant picture i have attached- picture #7-. the silver spider  pendant was made correctly as per quote. it has the bail-jump ring at bottom of spiders body . the bronze spider pendant has bail at spiders head with a thicker oval bail where the chain would go through. i have attached the quote - for reference.

also- all bronze earrings need to have a bronze post and earring back- all the bronze post earrings that came in the last shipment have sterling silver posts and earring backings- i requested before for all the bronze earrings to have a matching bronze back. this would included any bronze earrings that have a post like snake hoop earrings (which were made with a bronze colored post and earring back) and and include any lever style earrings like the pentacle earrings.

hi jung- very happy with my shipment-i love so many of the pieces you created for me.

tha stamp you made using the SA initials thats on the snake head pendants is excellent. please use this stamp on the appropriate pieces- 

back of lockets-inside bracelets and rings-if you need to make a smaller stamp for the rings etc. please make it exactly like this.

please know i am very happy with everything there are just a few small issues:

1. picture #1 star of david filigree ring

-on the reorder of these rings can you please have the shanks- put on the inside edge of the circle as shown on the ring on the right- and not placed on the star itself- the new reorder of the 2 on left you can see the shank from the front. please ask caster to also set the edges of the shank back a little so its not visible. just a tad from the edge of the inner circle. 

2  snake locket (this is amazing)  on the reorder - can you please switch hinge to left side of locket. i also requested on the quote to have an inner lip that fits tight inside when closed. it has a lever clasp- i prefer it to have the inner lip -also please make sure any future locket design has the hinge on the left side.   thank you

3. the sacred heart cuff bracelet ( i love love this bracelet)- it just needs a little fine tuning- the heart is not centered between the 2 designs on

each side- there is more space on the right side - than there is on the right. the flame is crooked- it tilts to the side as shown in picture #3. on the bottom edge of cuff picture # 4 its not very smooth- it has some dings i it. i really like the flame thats on the sacred locket that matches- can you recreate that same exact flame ( just smaller) for the top of the heart.

4. on all the black horn pieces (including the black horn skull rings) they weren't cleaned or polished- they all have a dull  unfinished look.

i don't care for the new skull carvings- on the rings is it possible to have the skulls removed and reset with skulls carved the carver who carved the 1st skull pieces. as shown in picture #5- i will pay for this -

5.i was sent the rose gold flame carved mother of pearl pendants- i had canceled those awhile ago and requested the other day to have the flames switched to silver.  maybe these were sent by accident.

would it ok to send them back.

6. some of the pendants have a small jump ring than normal its about 4mm.- and i can't fit the chain through them- i think the right size- that is on the fox pendant is about 5mm. that seems good. 

can you add the following to my reorder:

1. love is in my soul ring- 1 -size 7,  3 -size 6, 3- size 8 - sterling silver

2. 1- love is in my soul pendant- sterling silver

3. sacred heart cuff- reordered with corrections- 3 silver

4. sacred heart ring- 1 size -7, 3 size-6, 3- size 8 - sterling silver

Acomo Stamp Jewelry

Dear Brata & Jung,

I went back to my old e-mail from February to re-fresh my memory how we want the stamped jewelry finished:

The copper earring sample with stamped design has been 

- stamped

- oxidized with a sharpie

- lightly sanded or brushed

- and then treated with wax, using a cotton cloth for rubbing in the wax

- the wax will dry relatively fast and build a protective layer on the metal

- the final step is light rubbing with a clean cotton cloth to get rid of any excess wax and to give it a little bit of shine

We have had good experiences with the wax (preventing tarnishing) and it may be the best treatment for oxidized items, because it does not smear the black color from the Sharpie all over the earrings. 

- we would like the ear wire in silver plated metal or stainless steel (please make the same shape and size as in the sample that we sent)

Let me know if you can make the wires or if we need to send them.
