SPWSQ100 QC

Dear Mang Brata,

We recently received some FG that used the PLM squiggle SPWSQ100. We find this squiggle to be too matte, not shiny enough. There are visible scratches running the length of the squiggle which contribute to its dull finish. See attached. Our production expert suggests burnishing these squiggles for a longer time. Please improve the appearance of SPWSQ100 for the future, so it is shinier.

Thank you.

Ammonite Cufflinks Fallen Out

Hi Jung

The ammonite cufflinks that arrived give me concern.

Some ammonites had fallen out as you can see in the jpeg. A closer inspection shows dried glue in the front of the picture. A white patch shows from where on the silver backing that the glue has become detached. I will be returning these and also let you know that if they all have the same minimum amount of dried glue then the whole batch may have to be retuned if customers complain. This will obviously give us big cost problems and also more importantly lose the confidence of our customers. Could you suggest ways in which we might work together on this because it will give many problems to both you and I. Also some end pieces have fallen out……and this is before the customer has worn them. I would like to get the manufacture consistently excellent because we are selling this line so well and I was about to order another thousand pairs. All of these can be ordered from you over the next year but I need assurances on future quality control.

Squiggle QC: SQ259 and 441

Hi Jung,

Please note that we received jewelry made with SQ259 and SQ441, pictured below, which were made by your company. The squiggles appear dull/white and should appear shiny silver. Please do your best to make sure all silver and silver plated squiggles appear shiny and silver.
